I am a Communication Standardization Engineer at Honor Co., Ltd., specializing in AI/ML for the air interface and Integrated Sensing and Communication (ISAC) within 3GPP RAN1. My contributions include authoring 20+ patents and 5+ contribution papers (Tdocs) on these topics, directly supporting the RAN1 working items for 5G-Advanced and study items for 6G.

I earned my Ph.D. in Communication Engineering from the Shanghai Advanced Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 2023. My doctoral research focused on mitigating non-ideal hardware impairments in communication systems, specifically developing optimization algorithms to counteract phase noise and high Peak-to-Average Power Ratio (PAPR) in OFDM systems. This work culminated in 10 publications in top-tier international journals and conferences by 2023.

I possess a robust academic background in telecommunications, underscored by a Bachelor's and a Doctoral degree. I have a profound passion for standards work and am highly self-motivated in continuously learning 3GPP protocols. My professional tenure at a major mobile operator and a leading device manufacturer has provided me with comprehensive insights into both technical standards formulation and industry consensus-building. I have extensive conference participation experience, with a proven track record in major standards organizations, including GSMA TSG working group meetings, IEEE Wi-Fi standards development, 3GPP cellular network standards development, and WLAN Chinese industrial standards meetings.

I have strong technical expertise to my research, with proficiency in Matlab, Python, LaTex, Git, and C.
